A facility maintenance management resume should include:
- The name of each of your employers and your job titles.
- A brief description of what each employer does (if they are not well known).
- The number of staff you manage and their areas of responsibility.
- Your overall planning and budgetary responsibilities.
- A list of the services your department provides.
- The major projects that you have worked on and whether you completed the projects on time
and on budget (if you had budgetary responsibility).
- Your financial and budgetary responsibilities on each major project.
- Purchasing and contractual responsibilities.
- Contact with other departments and companies.
- New procedures, practices and processes that you have introduced or developed.
- How you have reduced costs / saved money in your department or the organization in general.
- How you have improved efficiency / productivity within your department or the organization
in general.
- How you have increased / helped to increase revenues and profits in your department / company
(if relevant).
- Any other achievements that have benefited your employers.
