New sales procedures, practices and techniques that you have introduced or developed.
Your sales results written in glowing terms - you are a salesperson!
How you have reduced costs / saved money in your department or the organization in general.
How you have improved efficiency / productivity within your department or the organization in general.
Any other achievements that have benefited your employers.
