- Organization and planning responsibilities, including arranging services for clients
- Producing detailed casework reports.
- Any major projects that you have worked on and whether you completed the projects on time
and on budget (if you had budgetary responsibility).
- New procedures, practices and processes that you have introduced or developed.
- How you have reduced costs / saved money for your department will make your resume stand
out.
- How you have improved efficiency / productivity within your department will make your resume
stand out.
- Any other achievements that have benefited your clients / employers.
